These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of DriipOcean. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on DriipOcean are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

• Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
• Colors may appear differently depending on your device's display settings.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through DriipOcean, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Cryptocurrency Payments

DriipOcean accepts cryptocurrency payments including USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, and Ethereum. Crypto payments are processed on-chain. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is non-reversible.

• You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct wallet address.
• Transactions sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered.
• Order confirmation is subject to blockchain verification, which may take up to 30 minutes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days.
• International delivery: 7–21 business days.
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DriipOcean — including logos, text, images, graphics, and trademarks — is the property of DriipOcean and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DriipOcean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
